Description

Voidloop is a mining adventure with roguelite elements.You play as a lonely Void Spirit who has wandered too far from home. Use your camp as a hub to prepare for each descent into ever-changing caves filled with rare loot and dangerous foes. Can you find your way back home to the void?

  • Descend through 5 unique cave biomes, each filled with procedurally generated floors, unique hazards, and valuable resources.

  • Race against time as you push toward floor 20 of each cave to collect powerful gems and find your way back to the void.

  • Return to camp between runs to trade, craft, and upgrade your spirit with the help of the Blacksmith, Shopkeeper, and Witch.

  • Mine, fight, and loot over 60+ unique items, then progress your journey with 100+ upgrades and 27 powerful skills that make you stronger each run.

Voidloop began development in late 2024, originally titled Magical Mining, during Jasper Levin’s self-employed placement year at university under the studio name IndieGameStudio.Jasper has been passionate about game development for many years, with experience ranging from small indie projects to extensive Minecraft map creation.The game’s art has been created with help from a small group of friends and collaborators, including former Minecraft map makers and university peers.
